There are many unforeseeable issues that can occur, but we will always do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We use the services of a fulfilment house for shipping and storage. Shipping cost includes: a signed for courier delivery fee, carton used to pack the products, pick and pack charge levied by fulfilment house plus VAT.
Orders placed after 1pm, should be shipped the following day.
Orders placed after 1pm Fridays, should ship the following business day.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays.
Couriers do not collect on weekends or holidays.

Our obligation is to deliver the products at the delivery address you have specified in your order. We will not dispatch the products until we have received cleared funds. Our carriers may deliver the products at any time during the day.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay. Delivery of goods is outside of our control. Therefore, any dates specified for the delivery, are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within five days of the expected delivery date.
We use independent carriers. If there is no one to accept the delivery of your order a card will be left by the carrier so that you can rearrange a delivery time, directly with the carrier. Ultimately, if the carrier is unable to deliver your order it will be returned to us and you will be charged for it to be re-dispatched.
