Our obligation is to deliver the products at the delivery address you have specified in your order. We will not dispatch the products until we have received cleared funds. Our carriers may deliver the products at any time during the day.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Therefore, any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays that are beyond our control. Please wait 24 hours after the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a missing order.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
We use independent carriers. If there is no one to accept the delivery of your order a card will be left by the carrier so that you can arrange a delivery time, directly with the carrier. Ultimately, if the carrier is unable to deliver your order it will be returned to us and you will be charged for it to be re-dispatched.
